ImageFormer ESWC Champion Lucifer has announced that he plans to return to professional gaming next year.

Jae Wook 'Lucifer' Noh retired from professional gaming almost two years ago as one of the most popular players on the scene. But now the ESWC 2006 champion has let it be known that he wishes to return to esports in the future.

Lucifer joined the army in early 2009 and has nine months left according to this interview. Yesterday, Replays.net treated fans to a trio of ladder replays from the undead legend but today he confirmed that he would return. "If you guys wait for me, I will show you guys this is not the end," he said. When asked about his plans for the future, his answer was definitive: "I wanna be a legend in gaming," he said. "I live for gaming.

He also claimed that he was still in touch with Susiria, although not all his teammates have proved so easy to contact. "Moon seems really busy right now," he said of his former 2v2 partner. Lucifer also admitted that he had played SC2, but was unwilling to talk in depth about the new Blizzard game. When asked whether he talked about SC2 strategies with Susiria he simply said "I'll finish serving my army first. Lets talk about this later."
