A bunch of famous players will be joined by Chinese up-and-comers at the ECL this weekend. The esports Champion League is not a tournament that has had much coverage in Europe. But, starting on Saturday, established names will put their reputations on the line against a host of unknown Chinese players. The list of big name players includes the likes of WCG winner Xuwen 'InFi' Wang and 2009's highest earning player Weiliang 'Fly100%' Lu.
15 slots in the 16 man tournament have already been filled but some mystery surrounds the final place. A pole on the tournament's website was won by the Chinese orc player Kejing 'Like' Li. But in a brief interview with Fnatic, Jae Ho 'Moon' Jang claimed that he would be taking part in the ECL as well. It could be that he will be there to present WMF's Avalon Heroes game or perhaps it's just a case of information being lost in translation. Both Tatazu and GosuGamers still have the spot listed as 'TBD.' The full 16 looks like this:
sTa.Goblin
MaN_Lost_King
Go.SunS
STI.bosu.uhen
Levin]eX[
AgFox_ForDream
We.Pepsi.Future
E3_Wulin
Lose_BoX
E3_Blast
WE.Pepsi.Infi
EH.GIGABYTE.Sai
EH.GIGABYTE.Fly100%
RAGE.TH000
Mojawi)FoCuS
TBD
Never the less, the tournament boasts an impressive array of talent, with or without the NGL One champion. The mixture of veteran stars and exciting upstarts sounds like a tasty cocktail. However, with no brackets released and with only two days before the tournament begins, ECL is very much a "wait and see" event.

i think sky is on vacation atm
It wasn't "lost in translation"...I had asked that question about a week prior to NGL ONE, during the first batch of questions sent to the WeMade Fox manager, Paul Kim. Then most came back as 'No comment' due to the content being centered around Starcraft 2.
So I sent new questions, and noticed that the aforementioned question about upcoming events, was out of date, as the publish date was after NGL ONE (when he answered the questions).
So I asked Paul what events were coming up now, Paul said ECL, so I changed the answer from NGL ONE, to ECL.
