x6tence will say goodbye to its WC3 lineup but currently has no plans for a SC2 squad, despite the rumours. The Warcraft III scene took another hit today with x6tence planninng the disbandment of their WC3 squad. Four members of the previous squad have already moved into Starcraft II but for Vortix at least, this is not a permament switch. The youngster said "I'm not switching to sc2, its just for fun" after both GosuGamers and Fragster ran a story about x6 opening a SC2 squad.
Lucifron claimed on SK's website that he personally is "only playing the uPro tourney with them." Also, "we're not even playing it under the x6 tag as far as I know." Instead, the Durán brothers, Lucifron and Vortix will head up a team of five friends playing in a few ladders and cups.
Pedro 'LucifroN' Moreno Durán has already had some success in the beta with numerous high-ranking finishes in the likes of Zotac and Go4SC2. The former orc even made it to the finals of the GosuCup invitational last week, where he lost to Hayder 'HayprO' Hussein 3-2. With such good performances, Lucifron seems like a natural pick for a Spanish organisation like x6. On top of that he played under their tag in the past as a WC3 player.
But José Luis 'Ryo_' Moreno Durán commented on the story, saying that x6tence currently has no plans to move into SC2. "SworD, Aca, Rob and my brothers are just a group of friends," he said. "It has nothing to do with x6tence or any other eSports organisation."
The rest of the old WC3 lineup is expected to be released soon, with no official word on their next destination. However, the growing reputation of the Korean player, overthezero, makes it seems likely that he will be snapped up quite quickly. Likewise, Lucifron's success in the SC2 scene will have a similar effect.

gl x6tence!
I'm only playing the uPro tourney with them, and we're not even playing it under the x6 tag as far as I know ^_^
It's not a secret that our team (x6.wc3) may end soon and that our players switched to SC2, but x6tence is not interested in SC2 and it won't have any SC2 team for the moment.
SworD, Aca, Rob and my brothers are just a group of friends that may compete in the first SC2 team leagues together as a friends team, it has nothing to do with x6tence or any other eSports organisation, its just a friends team to play to play maybe the first team leagues that are comming out.
