WCG adds Starcraft, Fifa 2010 and Asphalt 5
Earlier today, World Cyber Games announced the addition of three more games in this year's Grand Final title roster.

Earlier today, World Cyber Games announced the addition of three more games in this year's Grand Final title roster.According to a press release article posted earlier today on World Cyber Games's official web site, the well known e-sports organisation announced the addition of Starcraft: Brood War, Fifa 2010 and Asphalt 5 (a very popular mobile franchise) to the pool for 2010's edition of the big event.
Starcraft and Fifa, the leading titles of their genre, come back to World Cyber Games's Grand Final. These titles have offered the fans a wide variety of interesting moments throughout the years and will continue to do so in the near future.
On one side, the players world wide will do their best to overcome Germany's Joshua 'Kr0ne' Begehr who won the 'Fifa 2009' gold medal or the South Korean legend Jae Dong 'Jaedong' Lee who took home the 'Starcraft: Brood War' gold medal.
The World Cyber Games Grand Final is scheduled to take place sometime in September in the beautyful city of Los Angeles, California.

2) "Counter-Strike" (PC, Valve, FPS)

5) "Guitar Hero 5" (Xbox360, Neversoft, Music)
6) "Forza Motorsport 3" (Xbox360, Turn10, Racing)

Promotional game title: "Lost Saga" (PC, IO Entertainment, Action)

I can't imagine how you could multiplay this game. As a pvp i mean.
Probably high tech phones allow multiplayer connectivity for such games.

It seems ok about "pvp". Looks like a mix between nfs and tmn... or Mario Kart xD. But not so fun :p.
i mean, you grab little boxes to increse speed in a nfs2 map...
I 100% agree that QL should have been added. I personally would have preferred SF4 over Tekken but that's personal preference I guess.
Not totally sure about these random casual games leaking in to WCG over the years. I struggle to see how GH is a title worth pushing as a competitive (and therefore suitable) title and I've never heard of Asphalt 5...
In the USA, we have always done open qualifiers for the mobile games at our National Finals that people can just walk up and participate in, and it gets all kinds of casual people interested in WCG, which is good for the sport.
