Seoul City and JoongAng ilbo have revealed the dates for the fourth e-Stars Seoul event, which will be the beginning of a 'jump up year for game culture' according to the press release.

The three day event will run from August 13 to 15 at the COEX Center in South Korea.

Just like the previous iterations an InterContinental cup, consisting of two all-star teams from the East and West facing off against each other, will be held with votes determining the players for Counter-Strike 1.6 and WarCraft 3.

The King of the Game cup - a regular tournament - will also feature. The teams will be selected based on their performances throughout 2009 and fan votes, so expect some of the top names to be in attendance.

The claim of a 'jump up year for game culture' comes in light of the announcement of a cyber game theme park to run alongside the event, which the organizers are claiming to be 'extraordinary'.

Furthermore an e-stars summit will be held, giving an opportunity for the world's esport organizers to discuss international cooperation.
