With Fnatic players saying themselves that Na'Vi dominated their training sessions, when the two met up in the grand final the Ukrainians knew what to do.
"Before the championship I watched the trainings of my team and saw that they were really strong. We played a lot of trainings with fnatic and won almost every one. Of course, it is just a training and, as far as I know, fnatic lose a lot of sparring matches. But after all, it gave us some confidence. Before the match we just took heart! There was no fear, no ants in our pants, no nervousness as we had before the match against SK. We just knew their game and we knew what we had to do to beat them."
Making esports history doesn't happen every day, and Na'Vi's success was the first major achievement for a Ukrainian team. But does ZeroGravity feel he is the best manager in the world after such an accomplishment?
"No, I just felt that there was my own contribution for the victory and it was awfully pleasant! Bds was and still is the best manager in the world and it is pity that such a talented and experienced man has left SK-Gaming. I have always followed his example!"
Regarding his personal life, ZeroGravity likes to spend time rallying and is set to enter university:
"I’m already a worldly-wise man in e-sport and I have scored big success in this area. That’s why, of course, I had some kind of nostalgia. And it seems to be a destiny that they have invited me to work for PinG TV and to work as a manager for NaVi. I’m very happy about it because I do my favorite business now and have almost an “open-leave” schedule!
"I do a lot of things in my life! Soon I will enter magistracy of philosophical faculty of Shevchenko National University of Kiev. I also take part in amateur rally on my car and recently I began to attend gym. Until recently I was one of the organizers of Ukrainian Mazda Club but now I can’t contribute enough time for it and I decided to withdraw from thebusiness."
