DotA Reconnection Tool Testing Begins
Varlock and IceFrog's highly-anticipated reconnection tool for DotA is finally in its public testing phase.

Varlock and IceFrog's highly-anticipated reconnection tool for DotA is finally in its public testing phase.Varlock is well known in the DotA community for his development of GProxy++, a popular host bot program used often on platforms like Battle.net and Garena. Now, on his official blog, IceFrog has informed the community that the tool Varlock has been developing, GProxy++, and IceFrog supporting has finally been released. However, GProxy++ is only in its preliminary public testing stage and definitely not finalized. The feature will undergo continued testing and extended development as it is integrated to multiple platforms.
Varlock also released the source codes for the server and client for the game's new tool, as well. According to IceFrog, several platforms, most notably Garena, are already at work implementing the code into their system. Battle.net users can download the current version of the client from throneit.com and dotapub.net.
