rapha is set to face his ex-SK team-mate, ZeRo4, in the upper bracket final of the Silent Gamers Quake Live cup.The Silent Gamers Quake Live cup is nearing its end and former SK Gaming Quake player John 'ZeRo4' Hill has progressed to the upper bracket final and will be up against current SK Gaming dueler Shane 'rapha' Hendrixson for a spot in the grand final.
ZeRo4 overcame 'tehnewbz' in his match 2-0, which included a brilliant comeback on ztn after being 5-0 down. The semi-retired American clawed his way back into the map after losing control early on, showing some of the skills he became famous for.
Rapha progressed after he received a bye for his match versus Thomas 'griffin' Wall with rumours circulating that griffin's mother took away his PC... an unfortunate way to crash out of a tournament.
The match is scheduled to start at 16:35 EST (22:35 CET) and will be streamed on djWHEAT.tv, who has been broadcasting the tournament throughout the day. Tune in now to catch all the other games.
Update: rapha 3-0 ZeRo4 (ztn: 14-2, dm13: 10 - -2, dm6: 13-5)
