Many months ago, the famous documentary maker Jos de Putter released one of the first ever documentaries about esports. Beyond The Game followed the stories of Grubby, Sky and MadFrog as well as the 2008 World Cyber Games. It went on release in Dutch cinemas but now it is being made available for the first time in English, thanks to ESL.

The two disc DVD, priced €19.90, is available through the ESL shop and features all the extras of the original. This includes bonus interviews with the main stars as well ToD and Moon and even a handful of Blizzard employees.

The DVD was actually made available on December 29 and features English subtitles. Why the release wasn't more publicised is unknown at this time but it will surely receive a lot more interest now that people are aware of the DVD's existence.
