One small republic. Arbalet SNG offline preliminaries. Twelve teams. Only one winner to represent its country. Storm the front! You probably don't know most of the teams from Uzbekistan except two: Storm and Just
The first one is a well known Arbalet Cup attendant in the past, DTS Cup 2009 attendant and current Uzbekistan TOP1 team. The list of the teams they have beaten includes Virtus.Pro, old forZe (Xenitron, Sally etc) and tp.uSports.
The second one became a rather known team in Europe after they successfully went out of their group on WCG Cologne and managed to give a fair fight to SK-Gaming in the first round of playoff - 16:13 dust2, 16:6 inferno.
The organizers quickly formed a double elimination best of one bracket and the preliminaries started!
The tournament went on to see Storm defeating JUST 16:6 in the winner final and waiting for them to go through the loser bracket just to face them again in the superfinal.
The superfinal saw the sands of dust2, on which Storm left no chance for their rivals (16:10) and booked tickets for upcoming Moscow Arbalet.
If you're still wondering who the hell are Storm, watch the video of Timur 'jtx' Nizamov taking out four Virtus.Pro players below:
