The new arena season goes live tomorrow with some huge changes for PvP.It has been well documented that patch 3.3.2 will bring some big changes to resilience. But Blizzard added another significant change to the patch notes today - 24 hours before the start of a new arena season.
The changes will reduce healing by 10% in all PvP areas, not just arenas. This includes casted healing as well as potions and health stones, but currently it will not effect shields. The idea is to balance out the improvements in resilience in order to keep games from reaching the time limit.
Zarhym reassured readers on the official forum that Blizzard have their eye on such a significant change: "we will be closely monitoring the effects both the healing and resilience changes."
