H2k Gaming came into IOL#2 as the favorites to move on and play SK Gaming in the final Sunday evening. After easily winning their first round match their next opponent would be an energetic Begrip squad who would be their toughest challenge in the group. After winning both pistol rounds it seemed like a sure victory, but Begrip swe forced their way back in the second half to eventually win the match.

Begrip will now go on to play Crystal in the finals for IOL#2, and the winner will then play IOL#1 champion SK-Gaming.

Begrip swe 16:10 H2k Gaming (dust2 – 7:8, 9:2)

First Half

H2K started the game off right as they won the first round; it started off with H2K stacking outside of long doors, and Begrip pushing middle. Both teams traded kills and Spawn and Zyppe were the only remaining players for each team. Spawn had the bomb in his hands as he headed towards B site and planted the bomb. Zyppe would move up from middle but got taken out by Spawn. H2K would win the next two rounds to take the lead 3:0.

Begrip would buy guns in the fourth round, and had a perfect defense set up for the attack from H2K. Two players stacked mid, as Xizt hid in the back of B platform. H2K had no idea he was there and his teammates flashed over blinding the opposition. Peaking out Xizt took out two members as his teammates cleaned up the rest. Begrip would win their first round making the score 3:1.

From their Begrip gained momentum taking the next three rounds after strong play by Pop, Pronax and Zyppe as they pushed cat quickly two rounds in a row. Begrip took the first lead of the game 4:3.

In the twelfth round an interesting play took place as both teams pushed all five players long and threw grenades at each other. Both teams dropped three members each but H2K Gamings FYRR and Snajdan took out the remaining Bregrip players who were gun less. The half ended with a score of 8:7 in the favor of H2K.

Second Half

The second half started off with a nice four kill by Tentpole from H2K as they overtook the B site where Begrip had planted the bomb quickly. Winning the second pistol of the match H2K was up 9:7.

With the plant of the bomb, Begrip had some extra money and decided to surprise buy two AK’s in the second round and the decision paid off as they rushed long and cleared it. This would be the turning point in the match as Begrip would only allow one more round to H2K as they went on to win the match 16:10.
