We Made Fox managed to defeat World Elite in the 2nd round of WC3L playoffs.WeMade FOX emerged victorious from the highlight match of the WC3L playoffs. They beat World Elite fairly comfortably in the end with a 4-1 score. However, the Chinese team were severely weakened by the lack of their two human players. Although Xiaofeng 'Sky' Li is in less than his best form, he and Xuwen 'InFi' Wang were clearly missed by their team mates.
June 'Lyn' Park seems to have settled into his new team after a shaky start. He won 2-0 in a mirror match against Kejing 'Like' Li to put his team in the lead. Deok Man 'SocceR' Youn helped to keep his team in the lead by taking a map off Zhuo 'TeD' Zeng in their 1-1 series.
The 2on2 series was cut short by WMF's victory after World Elite let the game slip from their grasp. Some typically sly expansions from Jae Ho 'Moon' Jang helped to turn the tables in he and Soccer's favour. WMF's victory on the first map put the score at 4-1, making the 2nd 2on2 and Ace match irrelevant.
Despite their defeat, WE still have a chance to progress in the playoffs via the lower bracket. Fox, on the other hand, have taken a big step in the right direction with their win. Predictions of this lineup becoming another WC3 dynasty could be realised very quickly if they manage to win their remaining WC3L games.
