In a short four games in the MSL Finals, South Korean StarCraft mogul Jae Dong "Jaedong" Lee has become the Champion of MSL.Yesterday, the highly-anticipated MSL Finals between StarCraft: Brood War South Korean superstars Young Ho 'Flash' Lee and Jae Dong 'Jaedong' Lee occured in a controversial four match victory for Jaedong. Jaedong characteristically put his zerg tactics to good use by shutting down Flash's revolutionary terran deployment, which resulted in a 3:1 victory.
The first match was concluded in nine minutes with a stunning victory for Jaedong. Early in the match, Flash positioned an SCV over to Jaedong's base; a popular ploy executed by testers Yeon-Ho Lee and David Kim in the StarCraft II Alpha testing phase. Flash put full concentration into the SCV's movement tactics during its lifespan, as Jaedong allowed his six zerglings to automatically engage the worker while upgrading his hatchery and constructing a new base. After a mere four minutes of gameplay, Jaedong had prepared mutalisks and performed a well-placed hit-and-run tactic against Flash's satelite colonies. An increased number of mutalisks returned and breached into Flash's economy lines. With the majority of his SCVs destroyed and ground-to-air units disabled, Flash gave the match to Jaedong.
The second match turned out to be the match that commentators and journalists around the globe were anticipating. Early in the match, Flash displayed his full resource management skills by producing many SCVs and satelite bases. Jaedong matched him for his base management, but not for harvesting resources. Jaedong repeated his mutalisk control once more by breaking through Flash's defenses while Flash was constructing a sizable contingent and took out a portion of his SCVs before retreating. The retreating mutalisks then mutated in guardians and attempted to compensate for Flash's outer defenses, but ultimately failed. In one of Flash's more astounding moments, he ordered a mixture of marines, medics and science vessels to infect and destroy Jaedong's main base containing vital structures. While Jaedong attempted to recoup from his losses, Flash displayed outstanding dropship control and attacked the undeveloped structures while sending in science vessels to eliminate his economy lanes.
The third match proved to be one of the most controversial matches in the history of professional StarCraft gaming. Throughout the entirety of the match's eighteen minutes, Flash and Jaedong were gridlocked in titanic battles that did not result in a serious foothold in either's territory. It seemed as though the ace in the hole for this match was chemical warfare, as the main players throughout the game's duration were defilers and science vessels. Unfortunately, the match ended prematurely, as there was technical difficulty and both computers lost power. After deliberation by the judges, they decided to give the match to Jaedong, due to the fact that their last ongoing battle was taking place south of Flash's main stronghold. Flash's father was outspoken and furious about the outcome of the match and there was a large outcry for a rematch, due to the unfair circumstances. Nevertheless, the match secured Jaedong a 2:1 lead over Flash.
The fourth game proved to be a short-lived conclusion to Jaedong's victory. From the ground perspective, zerglings were the key players for taking out Flash's marines and medics, which failed to self-sustain themselves like in the previous matches. Furthermore, Jaedong was able to pull off constant hit-and-run attacks via mutalisks, in order to take out Flash's defensive missile turrets and marines. Considering the blows against his standing forces, Flash decided to end the match early, even though he had satelite bases remaining with sufficient SCV numbers.

Game 2 was OMG Fles GONA LOOOSE 100%...WTF!? whats this? Dropships? em.. OMG!!! Marines OWNING SO HARD!!! OMG Flash won when all thout its gg he gona loose!!
Game 3 was OMG OMG OMG OMG !!!! Like both were on the edge...and lol power shuts down. AND lol NO REMATCH...but some STUPID "we giff victory" SHT from judges.
Game 4 (which started like atleast after 45 mins after CRASH) was total garbadge. Flash did not played his best to say the least and overall we people saw like zero action. or nice decision making. Looked like boring paper scrissors sht. Definately NOT WORTH being deciding game.
I was surprised Flash did not took it too hard and even it was possible to see him smiling when shaking hand to Jae. But overall these finals were screwed alot by that GOD DAMN tech issue. So sad that first time that Virtual tech was used in Finals it somehow screwed things up. That too.
So So...
For Jae...dono. Another MEDAL in hes BIG medal list?
