Strenx came from behind against Spartie to win this week's Zotac.Although Sebastian 'Spart1e' Siira has made a name for himself as the king of weekly cups, he was unable to stop Kevin 'Strenx' Baeza this time around.
The Swede made a perfect start on ZTN by winning 12-6 thanks to a 50% railgun. The game never really looked close and it seemed like Spartie would be heading for another victory. But after some lengthy debate about the servers he disconnected form game two and handed the win to Strenx.
Game three was an epic clash which went all the way to four period of overtime. The game went back and forth despite Strenx's great start. A kill in the last 10 seconds sent the players to the first overtime but in the final two minute period Strenx carved out a six frag lead to win 21-15 on DM13.
With a 2-1 score in Strenx's favour the players moved on to T9. Again Strenx got the upper hand early on and was quickly up 3-0. But his opponent wouldn't give up easily and pulled it back to 3-3. From there the players traded frags once again until Strenx took control. At 6-6, the Swedish player would see his last frag and Strenx went on an unanswered eight kill flurry. A final score of 14-6 looks a lot more convincing than the game deserved but there is no doubt as to who played the better.

When I saw the news post I was like "that s good, Thorin is back!". When I saw "By Zech", I was like god no! Not Quake too!
PS: At least let's give credit to the guy for trying hard during tuff times, but it seems like Zechs + e-Sports is an equation bound to result in failure... :(
