The x6 WoW team has changed organisations just days before MLG Orlando.Just months after joining the Microsoft-sponsored Check Six team, Huy 'Flexxorz' Nguyen and co have jumped ship to become Complexity's 3rd team. The team, now known as Complexity Black, will get their first run out under the new flag at MLG this weekend. The previous team will now be known as Complexity Red and will also be at that event, meaning that half of the field will be under the coL tag. CoL.BMHS are presumably keeping their old name.
In the official post on coL's website, Twixx was succinct in his expectations for the upcoming event. "We are excited to play under our new tag and we will win," he said.
When asked why the team left their previous organisation, he was slightly less forthcoming, though. "It was a suprise [sic] to everyone I think," he claimed. In the best Godfather traditions, he simply told the Complexity site that "CompLexity gave us an offer we couldn‘t refuse." He defended x6, however, only adding to the confusion surrounding the move. "Check6 was amazing to us," he said. "And we are very thankful and respectful for everything they have done for us."
Complexity Black will attend MLG Orlando this weekend and also qualified for the Extreme Masters global finals in March.
