When asked about the recent change, Fnatic x2Sneeka, team manager/coach, had the following to say:
"We feel a bit sad, leaving SK Gaming. We're grateful that we've been giving the chance to play under the SK name. It’s been a good time for us in SK, it was nice to meet some of the top players of the world. Even though, we have to move on, Fnatic being our new home. We all will attend MLG Orlando to make a major impact in the US American Halo scene. Thanks SK for everything and all the best to them!"
Also, Neil 'kboy' Kirk, Business Development Manager of Fnatic, was quoted on their website saying the following:
"In addition to our proven world elite of PC platform player and teams Fnatic today enters a new and exciting direction, entering the Console (XBOX) scene with our first team. A decision we did not take lightly but felt the time was right to embrace the Console community. We welcome the former SK-Gaming Halo team to the Fnatic ranks. We see great potential in the young European team and will be sending them to the MLG Orlando event where they will battle it out against some of the tough American teams in attendance. Thanks to SK-Gaming for their release and we wish the team the very best of luck as they represent us for the first time."
A special thanks has to be said to SK gaming, for their professionalism in releasing the team and the manner in which they handled the situation.
