ImageWhile Dahang was able to crush Vo0 in order to get into the final, SK's Rapha had a very close game against Chance that he barely won. Rapha and Dahang will now haev to replay their match from the group stage, which Dahang won 2-0.

An hour delayed the first semi-final to be played was between Tim 'DaHanG' Fogarty and Sander 'Vo0' Kaasjager. Being rather boring for a semi-final it was clear who was the winner from the start as Vo0 never had much of a chance on any map, losing 3-0. Instead it was the match between Shane 'rapha' Hendrixson and Chance 'Chance' Lacina that would be exciting.

The match started out with a very close DM13 game. Both players playing tactical, neither was able to take control and it would have to go into three overtimes with Rapha coming out on top 6-3. Moving on to T7 the match would continue to be equal, with the first frag coming after more than four minutes. Neither player ever able to truly get a big advantage the match ended 2-3 in favor of Chance.

DM6 would also turn out to be equal, but some nice rails from Chance gave him the advantage during the start. However, Rapha was able to come back and the last minutes Chance had to chase only to see Rapha win 6-5. The last two maps, T9 and Ztn would not be as equal with Chance winning T9 easily, 5-14, never letting Rapha get into the map. On Ztn it was the opposite as Rapha crushed Chance 16-0.

Rapha coming out on top, barely winning 3-2 will now have to face Dahang in the final. While Rapha was crushing everyone before this tournament it was clear that he has been inactive and wasn't feeling well as he lost to Dahang 0-2 during the group stage surprisingly. However with both maps being close there is no doubt that anything can happen in the final.

Fighting for third place will be Vo0 and Chance, who also met in the group stage. Their match went into three maps with Vo0 barely winning thanks to some luck, however if the match for third place will be as tight is far from clear after Chance almost beat Rapha while Vo0 got crushed by Dahang.

The two QuakeLive matches will be played tomorrow, Sunday. Starting at 20:20 CET the third place finisher will be decided while the grand final will start at 21:20 CET.
