Remind is too HoT for Zotac

ImageRemind won yet another Zotac cup by defeating the recently returned Hot.

Sung Sik 'ReminD' Kim is now officially the most successful player in the history of Zotac Cup. This weekend's victory over the recently un-retired Mykhaylo 'HoT' Novopashyn moves him onto 14 wins, putting him ahead of Manuel 'GrubbY' Schenkhuizen in 2nd place.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian had a tougher run to the final, however. He saw-off racial disadvantage as well as a world class player when he defeated Sung Hyun 'Space' Park in the semi-final. He did it in style as well, taking a 2-0 victory. But Remind's mirror proved to be far too strong as he managed a comfortable-looking 3-0 win.

The defeat continues a poor run for Hot, who has never managed to defeat Remind according to SK's statistics. Similarly, the Ukrainian has only managed a single Zotac win in his career - all the way back in #82. Never the less, he should be satisfied with a 2nd place finish in his first tournament after such a lengthy break.
