ImageBjörn "threat" Pers will be fnatic's 5th player for the World Esports Masters next week in Hangzhou, China.

Having been removed from the team he led, H2k Gaming , for snajdan Björn 'threat' Pers will be standing in for fnatic at the World Esports Masters from December 12th-20th in Hangzhou. The elite Swedish side recently announced they would be without the services of Rasmus 'GuX' Ståhl during the Chinese event, though few could have forseen this turn of events being as threat's removal from H2k had not been announced.

Team captain cArn told fnatic's homepage:

"It's with excitement we are adding Threat, former H2K player, to our WEM lineup. We have had a stressful week in order to find a replacement for Gux and I can honestly say we could not find anyone more suitable.

Threat will come in with his strategical skills when it´s most needed. I have to admit its difficult to develop our tactics due to the amount of tournaments and also to the fact that we are the team who have most victories and therefore are most studied. With only a few days we´ll have to put a lot of effort welcoming Threat to our team and style, but I'm sure the outcome will be great and I want to send my thanks to H2K for letting Threat stand-in for us."

From his time as a member of Begrip and Giants threat has history with fnatic player GeT_RiGhT.
