H2k-gaming have removed in-game leader threat and replaced him with back-to-back CPL champion snajdan of SK fame.H2k Gaming have removed in-game leader Björn 'threat' Pers and replaced him with CPL champion Mattias 'Snajdan' Andersen, who is familiar with H1k member SpawN from their time together in SK Gaming.
Jimmy "zneel" Andersson told H2k's website:
The new recruit had this to say for himself:
H2k-gaming:
Jim 'zneel' Andersson
Abdisamad 'SpawN' Mohamed
Emil 'FYRR73' Karlsson
Niklas 'niko' Johansson
Mattias 'Snajdan' Andersen
H2k were fighting for the position of 2nd best team in Sweden earlier in the year as they best SK Gaming at domestic compeitions. The loss of face and kHRYSTAL saw them pickup zneel and SpawN but they have to make a lasting impact on any international competitions. At the WCG they had to face the eventual gold medalists in the first round and so were eliminated, at DreamHack Winter they made it to the second round but lost in two straight maps to France's Millenium,
snajdan's first step into the spotlight in CS came when he joined GoL in 2003, playing with legends like Hyb and Souledge. Following that he had some time in 4kings, where he placed 8th at CPL Winter and later as a replacement for Harriman helped them to 2nd at the first season of WEG in early 2005. When four NiP players left together to rejoin SK snajdan rounded out the team as their fifth and they went on to win back-to-back CPL titles that year, though with the Summer title being against a lessened field due to ESWC taking place at the same time.
snajdan retired from SK in April of 2007 but joined up with Lag-Blank in September of 2008 where he played alongside his new H2k team-mate niko, current SK player face and fnatic's GuX. Reunited team-mate SpawN also played alongside him in Blank for the EM III European Finals in March of 2009.

Jimmy "zneel" Andersson told H2k's website:
"We're all sad that THREAT is leaving us. I guess we weren't all satisfied with the way we played, and we needed some new style in our game – and we all felt very comfortable with letting Snajdan take THREATs place as an IGL. Three of us have played with him before so we all know that his capacity as a player and IGL is at a high level. We're all looking forward to play with this new team and we feel very confident about competing with all the other top-teams."
The new recruit had this to say for himself:
"I feel very happy to be given the chance to join up with H2k-Gaming. Basically it's a comeback for me, and I'm really motivated and hungry to play again. I've played with all the players before in different type of situations, everybody except FYRR73, and from what I've seen they're all really good guys and I'm sure we'll get along well together. It's also extra fun to play with my old teammate from SK, SpawN, again. Last but not least, it will be really fun to compete in the highest level again, and I'm sure we'll go far with this team, with the given time to practice with each other."
