ESL's amateur tournament, GameOn, has been going on for several weeks now, however the Nordic tournaments ended a month ago and today the Nordic finals were held at Dreamhack. Out of the four players that had qualified only three showed up. Magnus 'fox' Olsson, Eythor 'linkoo' Kristjansson and Friðbjörn 'xrebzy' Davidsen attended the tournament while Karl 'fooKi' Johansson, who was supposed to attend both the Nordic finals and the Dreamhack QuakeLive tournament, stayed at home.

Everyone played everyone and after three matches it was clear that Fox is by far the better quaker as he crushed the Icelandic players. Taking home both games 3-0 in maps the only interesting game was between Linkoo and Xrebzy. It was Quake Live in its most aggressive way, bordering on carelessness. Linkoo won that game 3-1 in maps and placed second while Xrebzy has to be satisfied with third. The three players will each receive a CPU and Fox also getting flied to the international GameOn final.
