Ownage, probably the most prestigious duel tournament in Quakeworld this year with over 150 players and more than 300 matches played has finally come to an end. Today, Sunday at 22:00 CET the two finalists, Locktar and Avenger will go head to head to decide who is the best dueler in the Quakeworld scene.

Avenger and Locktar previously met in the winner's bracket final, a game that went into five maps and double overtime on Aerowalk. Locktar managed to win that fight 3-2 and send Avenger into the loser's bracket where he had to face Locktar's previous victim, Locust. A match Avenger won surprisingly easy. Locktar is a Swede who has been one of the best in the Quakeworld scene for some time now. He is the current champion of Dreamhack and has been for two years. He also took third at QHLan as well as placing in the top of almost every tournament he has participated in. Avenger on the other hand has been mostly inactive but before that he got second in Duelmania behind the legend Reppie. He is now one of the men behind Quakeworld.pl a Polish quakeworld community site.

The match will be streamed by QuakeWorld.nu with commentary provided by Jehar from Tastyspleen and HangTime, an old school quakeworld commentator.
