WCG winner up for replay of the year award
WCG winner Infi has been nominated for Readmore's game of the year award.

WCG winner Infi has been nominated for Readmore's game of the year award.It seems likeXuwen 'InFi' Wang can't keep his picture off the front page recently. After winning WCG and headlining this week's Zechs Files he has now been nominated for the Game of The Year award. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of readmore's 'top replays of the week' feature they have announced a game of the year award, to be decided by their readers. Infi's 70 minute epic against Hyo Sub 'FoCuS' Eom is amongst the seven candidates.

IEM Chengdu: Focus vs Moon (Turtle Rock)
Battle.net: Infi vs Focus (Gnoll Wood)
NGL One: Focus vs Check (Twisted Meadows)
WCG China: Syc vs Tencent (Twisted Meadows)
WCG 2008: TeD vs Moon (Terenas Stand)
IEF 2008 ToD vs Sky (Terenas Stand)
In the same article, readmore announced their player of the year. With 24 games features in the past 40 weeks, Xiang 'TH000' Huang came out on top. He finished just ahead of Manuel 'GrubbY' Schenkhuizen who appeared 23 times. Grubby also played a part in the most downloaded replay of the weekly feature against ex-teammate Yoan 'ToD' Merlo.

I enjoyed watching :
->Moon vs Soccer on Secret Valley
->Infi vs FoCuS on Gnoll Wood even though the game was long with some boring parts

But my favourite game is without any doubt Moon vs Soccer on Secrevet even though I hate Night-Elves mirror, this one was pretty sick.
I don't know why people like the Soccer vs Moon game so much. It's a great game, okay. But game of the year? I don't even remember any great moves. It only showed that micro > macro and that a Tree of Eternity should be the last thing you attack, unless you have heavy air.
Haven't seen Focus/Check and Tod/Sky, so my vote would go for Syc/Tencent. That game was long, epic and something different.
I've probably seen Focus vs Check,but since I can't remember it,it probably wasn't that good.
ToD vs Sky was cool,TeD vs Moon as well,although I'd say that Moon vs FoV on TM from GOMTV was far better than both of these 2.
Infi vs Focus....Surprisingly,I haven't even seen that one.
Anyway,Moon vs Focus on TR is without a doubt the best replay this year and one of the best I've ever seen.
Michael vs some Elf on MV was rly entertaining(I think it was MyWa),the one with BloodMage first.
Fly vs Sky in the PGL finals in the beginning of the year was also crazy.

I think you're assuming that because Fly is my favourite player i'm some kind of orc apologist. I assure you that is not the case. Orc mass towers is just as boring as human mass towers.
Though you're right, if you're not an orc or Blademaster player, it's not hypocrisy.
With Orc... Orc just negates skill. There's no counter per se to ensnare, crits, hex and base raid.
