Shadowleague has released another interview with one of its retired players. This time it's the orc legend, Tak3r.Christopher 'Tak3r' Heil has always been one of the most likable characters in the WC3 scene. He was a natural subject, then, for an interview over at Shadowleague.com. Like many retired esports players, Taker tried his hand at poker but didn't have as much success as many of the others. Here's an extract:
The German also let slip that he will be playing Starcraft 2 when it is released and that he will continue as Protoss from his original SC days. "We [mTw] already created a SC.1 team in order to get a good team spirit and a complete team ready as soon as the beta comes out," he told Shadowleague.
You can read the whole interview over on the Shadowleague website. Tak3r is currently second from bottom of his group but has one game left against Björn 'ElakeDuck' Ödman (date TBA).
"ShadowLeague: If I am right, you quitted (sic) WarCraft and tried to play Poker. Are you now a richman? (sic)
Tak3r: I played some poker and made some money but I didn't make it to the point where I could make a living out of it. I think it was the right decision for me to stop it and concentrate on my real job.
ShadowLeague: Do you still follow the current scene and do you use a site to keep in touch with it?
Tak3r: Yes I still follow the scene a lot, even watching streams when I got the time for it."

OT: Im glad to hear that he still follows the scene. Really pleasent suprise
and he's oldschool, because he was already well-known in RoC.
"And he never were good" It is really funny to read that from a noname who will never do as good as Tak3r did.
Cheer for taker!
Most of the WC3 retired pros seem like rly cool ppl, don't you think? :)
