The first qualifier for the European Championship has been played. It ended with Bogdan 'Bodzo' Mazur winning ahead of a mediocre line-up of players. The top four from each of the four qualifiers will move on to the group stage where they will face the 16 already invited progamers. On paper the qualifier was filled with up and coming players at best, and promised some solid semi-pro action. Which was also what we got to see at the end when ESL decided to stream the games with Joe and 2GD commentating. Perhaps the most interesting part about the tournament was 2GD's analyses of the matches, probably teaching a lot of new players what not to do during a game. If you are interesting in improving yourself as a dueler you will benefit a lot from viewing the VOD once its up.
