With tp.uSports player Overdrive sitting out the WCG Grand Finals due to illness the team have turned to ex-Virtus.Pro player F_1N of forZe to fill his shoes.Russian WCG qualifier winners tp.uSports will be without Alexey 'OverDrive' Birukov at the WCG Grand Finals in Chengdu next month due to illness on his part. He will be replaced by Ivan 'F_1N' Kochugov of forZe at the event.
F_1N is best known for his time as a Virtus.Pro player where he beat SK.swe in an infamous upset on dust2 at ESWC 2004 and won ACON in 2005, beating coL along the way. After years of poor results though Virtus.Pro removed F_1N in June of 2007 and by July he had joined forZe where he has remained, and presumably still remains. forZe have at times occupied the position of Russia's second best team, thanks in part to their stream of ex-Virtus.Pro recruits, though will little significant to show for it.
