The undead racial ability, 'Will of the Forsaken' is considered by some players to be the strongest racial in the game. But if the new changes from the Public Test Realm go live, its strength may be significantly lessened. The new patch note for WoTF reads like this: "Will of the Forsaken now shares a 45 sec cooldown with other similar effects."

Exactly what these similar effects are has not been specified at the time of writing, but one obvious candidate is the warrior skill, Berseker Rage.

Elsewhere, paladins have seen some significant changes. The untalented version of Sacred Shield will only be able to proc once every 30 seconds. But the holy talent, Infusion of Light, will reduce the shield's cooldown by 12 seconds at rank one, 24 at rank two. This should make the spell much more of a healer ability. Similarly, although it doesn't affect arena play, Lay on Hands will no longer be able to target the caster.
