The relegation matches have been finished and the results are more or less surprising as fnatic have completely dominated k23 with 16-1 on de_inferno and 16-6 on de_train. K23 did not seem to carry over their momentum from winning over SK shortly before and are knocked out of the tournament now.

The second match between Alternate and Vitriolic has been slightly more exciting, at least on the first map. Alternate have actually played a great first half on de_dust2 pushing each other again and again after every round they won leading with 8-7. But Vitriolic have made a strong comeback overall winning 16-11 even though they lost both pistolrounds but they have won the second round on the second half which also made Wiktor 'TaZ' Wojtas stand up and dance around a little bit.

Though the second map, which was Vitriolics pick, was a complete domination as Alternate didn't seem to get anywhere except for the T-Lobby on de_nuke. Almost every single round they got picked off slowly or Vitriolic started great retakes of the bomb sites and quickly finish off Alternate with 16-1.

On Thursday the playoffs will begin with MYM vs Vitriolic followed by SK vs fnatic. Every single match will now be shown live on ESL-TV with interviews and showing the emotion of players during the rounds.
