The 2nd and 3rd placed teams in Group B, Virtus.Pro and Vitriolic, fought out a war on inferno that saw the Polish team come through with the win.Vitriolic Gaming pl came out with the victory in a close fought battle with fellow Eastern Europeans Virtus.Pro .
Vitriolic Gaming pl 16:14 Virtus.Pro (inferno 8:7, 8:7)
After going up 8:4 in the first half, as terrorists, Vitriolic had to take a back seat as Virtus.pro came charging back to finish the half 8:7 in the Polish team's favour. In the second half Virtus' Dio played excellently to keep his team in the contest as rounds went back and forth between the two evenly matched teams. Vitriolic came through when it mattered and took the game 16:14 but Virtus.Pro really showed that despite all of their poor results in recent history they are still a team capable of taking the elite sides to the limit.
