Austria's finest Quake Live player, noctis, has joined up with Vitriolic and will represent them at the EM Global Challenge Dubai later this month.Richard "noctis" Gansterer has become the newest esports player to join up with the Vitriolic organization. He will be representing them in Quake Live at the Global Challenge Dubai in the latter half of October.
Vitriolic manager Felix Morgan issued this statement to SK-gaming about the move:
The Austrian is best known recently for choosing not to attend Quakecon despite being highly rated, even turning down Fatal1ty's sponsorship offer apparently, but then showing his skills in full effect at the ESL Invitational at Gamescom. There he finished 2nd to Rapha but put on a very good showing against Spart1e, the runnerup of Quakecon. He will head to Dubai to face a stacked field of well known pros, albeit it some best known for their performance in previous Quake incarnations, looking to prove once and for all he is one of the handful of truly elite QL players out there.

Vitriolic manager Felix Morgan issued this statement to SK-gaming about the move:
"After the addition of our new USA CS: Source squad yesterday, Vitriolic Gaming can also announce the expansion of their Quake Live team. Until yesterday we have only had up and coming UK player kRoNic representing us, but today we have brought in the Austrian player, Richard "noctis" Gansterer. Currently ranked #3 in the world according to the G7 rankings, he will be attending ESL Dubai under the new organisation later this month."
