Scott "evolution" Cavallero, previously of coL, has completed the player swap by taking the place of thoMz, the man who replaced him coL, in Turmoil. The WCG runnersup will add his AWP to their arsenal now.

GotFrag are reporting what has been widely suspected already which is that Scott 'evolution' Cavallero has joined Turmoil . evolution had played with the team in ESEA's invite league so the move was anticipated, especially with thoMz's recruitment from Turmoil to coL being what left evolution without a team. Turmoil will be competing at the WCG finals in Chengdu thanks to finishing in the 2nd spot at the USA qualifier.

Turmoil's manager bruin issued this statement:

"We are very happy to welcome Scott "evolution" Cavallero to Turmoil. We've been on the other end of his talented awp for many years so it's nice to be on the same side for once. Looks like a great fit for us!"

Known primarily for his AWP evolution first became known as a player for Confederacy in 2006 who he left to play for MindScape along with his recent coL team-mate hero. In 2007 evolution's stature rose as a member of the now familiar eMg lineup which would eventually become EG.usa in time. Establishing themselves as the best domestic team, winning the WCG USA qualifier, eMg placed 4th at the grand finals, beating a Virtus.Pro mix team but losing to eventual Runnersup NoA in the semis and then A-gaming in the bronze medal game. At EM LA in late 2007 the team scored a big upset win over ESWC champions PGS.

The high points of evolution's time within EG.usa were a victory over fnatic on inferno at the Kode5 global finals in 2008 in the group stage and a 5th-6th at GameGune. In August of 2008 evolution was removed from EG and replaced by Nepo, who ironically was also a team-mate of his during his spell in MindScape. After winning a season of CEVO-P in MoB evolution returned to EG.usa in late October. The entire team, minus n0thing, was of course removed in December when the ex-coL side of fRoD and company was acquired by the organization.

In late June of 2009 evolution joined coL, even moving in to live with some of their members in a gaming house. Many expected coL to take one of the two spots at the grand finals but the team were a disappointment at the WCG USA qualifier last month where they lost to Turmoil and then EG.usa to be eliminated in 4th.
