The ESL Head Admin's decision has just come out, the MYM vs. Ledpc game will not be replayed and MYM remain the winners and able to participate at the Extreme Masters European Championship. However, MYM will receive penalty points and a prize money reduction. As reported just a few hours ago, Ledpc wrote a complaint email to the ESL concerning a few illegal binds, missing aequitas files and a missing steam ID in the hopes of a rematch.
However, the ESL has just announced that the match will remain as it is, a 2-0 win for MYM. MYM will receive 3 penalty points and a reduction of 9% of all prize money they win in the European Championship.
Below are the reasons for the 3 penalty points as stated officially by Alexander 'crtmN' Nehr, Head-Admin of the Intel Extreme Masters:

However, the ESL has just announced that the match will remain as it is, a 2-0 win for MYM. MYM will receive 3 penalty points and a reduction of 9% of all prize money they win in the European Championship.
Below are the reasons for the 3 penalty points as stated officially by Alexander 'crtmN' Nehr, Head-Admin of the Intel Extreme Masters:
"First point Aequitas: Every MYM player used Aequitas during the whole match and uploaded his Aequitas File within 24 hours after the match to the ESL matchpage, as required by the rules. Therefore, there is no reason to protest this point at all.
Second point illegal bindings: Only one illegal binding was found in the config files of one of the MYM players. For that MYM will get 1 Minor Penalty point according to the Intel Extreme Masters rules, because +duck on the mousewheel is forbidden. On the other side it's allowed to bind +jump on the mousewheel.
The last point is the supposedly missing SteamID of one of the MYM players in his ESL profile.
Actually, the player entered it in the wrong place, as steam contact information instead as gameaccount. Still, he entered the SteamID before the match and we verified that he did not tamper with it, afterwards, so there is no reason for a rematch and this also will only be penalized by 2 Minor Penalties."

Its just silly that Ledpc is complaining about it. Rules are rules and ESL have now taken the decision that there wont be any rematch.
Great! Good luck MYM :-)!
