After a relatively short period of rumors related to Fnatic's DotA squad, it has formally been announced that the DotA squad has been dismissed, due to unfortunate circumstances. There were many rumors about the potential fate of the Fnatic Academy's DotA team, but only today were they formally revealed by FnaticMSI's General Manager, Elroy "Noname" Pinto. The team made up of players Misery, KwoM and Loda were all under contracts from different organizations during the tenure with Fnatic.
Pinto shared some light in an official statement:

Pinto shared some light in an official statement:
"Firstly, it's about time someone from Fnatic issued a statement. We have been silent on several matters, in the past many websites have also never contacted us regarding things. Understandably since people took it for granted that Drunkin represented FnaticMSI and our interests. In fact he was never part of the team or management, he was merely scheduling matches for them.
Secondly, with this new drama that has come up and we didn't get to announce our new player - Miracle who apparently still has a contract with Ks.int from earlier. We'd also like to state that Misery, Kwom & Loda have existing contracts from earlier which are very much legal and binding.
It's unfortunate, since I have even had a conversation with Loda and we're still interested in working things out. At such a crucial point when things need to be settled internally, Drunkin took the liberty to not even wait a minute.
Lastly we want the best possible solution for all the parties involved, we have no interest in hampering players careers but as an organisation we will also not be bullied and completely maintain our interests till the very end. In the coming days we shall have a proper announcement to make."

Title is misleading. :X
It was DrunKin who ditched Fnatic, not the players. All of them have said to regret the situation and wish they could turn things back and handle things properly before turning to action. They are still under contract, so they leave when we say they can or when they are bought out of their contract. None of this has happened so far, so they still are Fnatic and not AEON.
It's a shame that "loyalty" is a word outside the DotA dictionary, for some people. This and the Ravens-MYM situation explains this well.
MyM has been the sponser of Maelk & Co for years, therefore being a part of the team might seem like the most natural thing to do for them. Despite of that. MyM is a legendary organisation, and shines way over Fnatic. Not to say fnatic is not a giant, but MyM just appears to be more legendary, atleast on the european scene.
clueless.
We didn't do anything wrong in leaving Ravens, as our contracts had expired and we received an offer we couldn't refuse from MYM.
We also informed Ravens of our decision as well as thanked them for our stay. There were no hard feelings on our behalf and I'm fairly sure that Roskilde Ravens, the organisation, were more than pleased with us during our time within the organisation both in terms of results as well as possible sponsorships and interest we might have made.
I just wanna say that DrunKin is an honest guy that always acts professionally. I am totally sure he discussed that seriously with fnatic before taking any important decision. Moreover I used to know how Noname acted with fnatic.war3 when fnatic.Scarto & fnatic.Jebiga were in charge. He is always saying cool things and lies in front of the scene but in private he is acting like a terrorist and do not consider anyone. I dont wanna blame him or make a personal attack but I cant let him saying such lies about DrunKin and the players.
Oh wait :) ^^ :D:D
you can´t trust anybody :X
you cant like any clan cause of the name.
If fnatic makes mistakes and is unmannerd to his own team you can´t tell anybody fnatic> all
gl ex fnatic team in AEON!
And according to the ex-fnatic DotA manager, fnatic agreed to let the team to go. So fnatic lost basically nothing and makes some rumours? Dunno what to say now...
But the news fails in one point. Bigger problem is that Aeon or better to say Eryc seems to force the players to buy 2000$ tickets to Asia tournaments and then he doesnot give the money back :> You should write about that. More drama there than in this boring news.
The "ex-fnatic DotA manager" was never manager, he merely arranged the match schedule. He has been spreading the word of our team "leaving", while the players didn't even know yet. I'm sad to see DrunKin telling this to his buddies, while he has privately apologized. Also what sincerely upsets me is that he has been spreading PRIVATE conversations. I think this says a whole lot about DrunKin and his trustabilities.
P.S. I apologized because I announced everything too fast :)
Gl in future.
after Drunkins post above me... i rly hope to find a solution soon and be honest about all this "issue".. not only cuz fnatic is a rly famous and proffesional team but cuz of these players' names that r the most discussed in dota scene for the last years and we want them to see them play like we used to see them in KS, Virtus.pro and Mym
