The legendary player Z4muz is back from inactivity and now the news comes that team Excello signs the player who among his achievements have a second place at Quakecon 2003.Team Excello, who already have players such as Pelle 'Fazz' Söderman and Michael 'mAdix' Hindersson in their line-up, have announced signing Alexander 'Z4muZ' Ihrfors. Apparently he will be competing in duel and team deathmatch for the organization. With the team participating in the extreme masters TDM tournament, combined with ESL's intentions to show some of the matches on their weekly Quake Live show, it may not take long until the Swede is once again in the spotlight.
Ihrfors has a long history within Quake, with achievements such as a second place at Quakecon 2003 and a fourth place at CPL 2006 as well as a history in clans like SK-gaming and Allstars. However he has until very recently been inactive, playing poker like many other progamers, but some time ago the former Quakecon finalist could be seen playing again.
