This last weekend, there were several memorable surprises, such as Made in Brazil not achieving the upper bracket and the new SK Counter-Strike squad defeating Fnatic in a testing match. Also, the notorious male squad of Mousesports was sent home in a disappointing show this last weekend at the EM 4 Global Challenge Chengdu. However, they regained some footing with the premiere appearance of their newly-established Counter-Strike Female team.

In the Pan-European Final, Mousesports were pitted against several renowned femal squads, including the 69ers, Alternate aTTax and Pink Zinic. The grand final that included Pink Zinic, however, was the most surprising matchup of all. Pink Zinic had more time to practice and was formed under similar circumstances to Mousesports earlier on. However, the Mousesports Female team pulled through with a 2-1 victory and were able to take home a hefty $3,000.
