3.3, the patch that will contain the early anticipated Icecrown raid, has hit the public test realm today, bringing a huge list of changes already.Any major content patch is expected to bring a great deal of changes to the game and WoTLK's equivalent of 'The Sunwell Patch' will be no different. The list of PvE changes is predictably huge, but the class alterations are plentiful as well.
Every single class has had a handful of spells' mana cost reduced from semi-useless spells such as druids' Soothe Animal to vital tools such as Unstable Affliction and Frostbolt. As with any PTR build, these changes are subject to alteration at any time.
In related news, Nihilum.eu has screenshots of the new weapon models to be featured in Icecrown (no stats yet) as well as a whole host of (ice)dragon-slaying goodness.
