SK survive TyLoo resurgence, head to final

ImageIt will be an all Swedish final as SK face off against fnatic at Global Challenge Chengdu. SK overcame two nail-biting final maps, the second of which could have seen them eliminated, to progress in the tournament.

SK Gaming had a chance to end this series in two and go straight to an all Swedish final but with the score at 14:14 in the second map it was TyLoo who leveled the series on train. In the last map TyLoo put up a 10:5 terrorist half and looked good until their CT side showed no signs whatsoever early on, letting SK quickly make up the difference, and then kept saving and gambling on winning the later rounds in the latter half. TyLoo were unable to get those rounds and so now must spend some time wondering 'what if' when they were 2-3 rounds away from a final date with fnatic and they'd made different decisions.

SK Gaming 16:09 TyLoo (nuke 12:3, 4:6)
SK Gaming 14:16 TyLoo (train 8:7, 6:9)
SK Gaming 16:14 TyLoo (inferno 5:10, 11:4)
