Vo0 and Swoop qualify for IEM America groups
The first qualifier of four was played tonight. Among the participants were players such as Gellehsak, Cliffy, Judge, Swooped and Vo0 with the latter two moving on to the group stage.

The first qualifier of four was played tonight. Among the participants were players such as Gellehsak, Cliffy, Judge, Swooped and Vo0 with the latter two moving on to the group stage.With eight players having been invited to the American Continental Championships, ESL has started running qualifiers to decide the last eight. The first of four was played tonight with the dutch player Sander 'Vo0' Kaasjager, who is currently living in USA, winning and Brad 'swooped' Olles placing second.
Vo0 and Swooped will now join the eight invited players in the group stage of the tournament, during which each won game earns them $75 and if they manage to qualify for the finals, which has a prize pool of $8000, another $100.
The last games of the qualifier were streamed by Gatorsmashed with low quality vods of the matches being available. The next qualifier will be played 3 AM CET Wednesday/9 PM EDT Tuesday, with already 36 of 64 spots taken.
