ImageKorea's Seo Woo 'ReiGn' Kang has announced his retirment to GosuGamers. The Undead player says he had thought about retirement before many events.

Seo Woo 'ReiGn' Kang has announced his retirement from Warcraft III to GosuGamers. This comes on the heels of his loss to Sung Sik 'ReminD' Kim yesterday in the XP league. A member of World Elite and SK-Gaming ReiGn achieved perhaps his most prestigious placing with a 3rd at ESWC in 2005. In recent times good results have been few and far between. At ESWC Masters Paris in 2008 he placed 5th-8th and at the ESWC finals he took 4th. Most recently he finished 9th-16th at the Korean WCG qualifier.

ReiGn told GosuGamers:

"I thought about it a long time ago. When I quit SK-Gaming and was clanless the thoughts of retirement struck my mind,

I told myself 'I will stop after this event' for every event I participated in, but I did not decide to retire until now, in this XP League season," says the merited Undead player.

I was satisfied to live as a progamer, and I'm delighted that I got to be a part of such a rare experience with people who I met in my progamer life -- but there will be no 'progamer ReiGn' after my Warcraft 3 career.

When I quit SK-Gaming in 2009 I could not show good games for my fans, and I'm very sorry for my fans who supported me"
