Every summer the QuakeWorld scene goes dead silent, but everytime when summer breaks are over, the QuakeWorld scene blossoms once again, to fill every household with fragging.Recently it was announced that anni will be relaunching the Ownage Duel Tournament for yet another season.
This tournament, even without any prices, found the love in the QuakeWorld scene, so we can look forward to another large scale tournament on our hands, with big names to show up.
The season is about to start on the 21st of September, and the signups are already open, so make sure to get a spot for yourself here.
The Ownage Duel Tournament will have a Single Elimination bracket until the final 16 players, which will then turn into a Double Elimination. The map pool is still not decided, and they have in your reading moment a poll to decide the final map pool.

It will be all double elimination! And mappool will probably grow to 5 maps.
Anyone interested just sign up. It's easy to join and if you are on quakenet irc then you can find all your opponents there.
