After reaching the final four SK's Hyeong Ju 'Check' Lee has qualified for the Global Challenge Chengdu. Du Seop 'WhO' Chang was not so fortunate as he was knocked out by Sung Sik 'ReMinD' Kim upon reaching the final eight.

Check is now facing but the Korean's results at the qualifier so far are as follows:
defeated Mihail 'Kas' Hayda 2:0
defeated Chenglong 'Sai' Zhou 2:1
defeated Deok Man 'SocceR' Youn 2:0

whO's results were as follows:

defeated Silviu 'Nightend' Lazar 2:0
defeated by Sung Sik 'ReMinD' Kim 0:2

SK's Warcraft III manager reis had this to say about the results of both players:

"I am really happy for Check that he made it through the qualifier for the Intel Extreme Masters in Chengdu. His grid wasnt the toughest but the whole qualification was played on single eliminiation so you have to focus every game because there wont be a second chance. WhO as well had the chance to qualify for Chengdu but he got knocked out by ReMinD which is kinda sad for WhO but nonetheless Check and WhO played a really nice qualifier. I am sure that Lyn and Check will show great results for SK-Gaming in Chengdu, China!"

In other news SK's June 'Lyn' Park will not be competing in ShadowLeague's Trophy of legends as had been previously been announced. Regarding the matter SK.reis offered an official explanation for fans:

"We had to withdraw the participation of our player Park June, aka SK.Lyn due to his tight shedule at the moment. We thought it might work out but frankly the last couple of months of this year are very hard and a lot of tournaments are coming up so Lyn will focus on his offline tournaments. I am sorry for the inconveniece that we caused to Shadowleauge."
