ImageThe Electronic Sports League has revealed more information about the Nordic National Qualifiers.

As we reported earlier, Intel Extreme Masters Season 4 was launched with each of the main game having a total of $10,000 cash prize. The National Qualifiers will kick off from the 24th of August to the 9th of September, with the sign-up period being closed on Sunday, 23rd of August.

Sweden has five slots, with three of them being allotted to fnatic and H2k Gaming (ex-Lemondogs), both of whom will advance to the regular season directly, whilst SK Gaming has to fight its way in Qualifying Round 2.

Denmark is given six slots, with mTw advancing directly to the regular season. Both Finland and Norway have four slots each, the difference is that the Fins will have two teams advance to the regular season while the Norwegians will only have one.

Specific rules are yet to be announced, however, the tournaments will run over a period of a couple of weeks. The tournament system in each country will be based on how many sign-ups that specific country has.
