The two top American teams, Evil Geniuses and compLexity, battled it out in Dallas, Texas with EG eventually emerging the victors. But are there now some up and coming teams to be reckoned with?In what was a long and grueling set of matches, the winner of the third season of ESEA-invite has been determined. There were hot temperatures, surprise performers, and entertaining matches in an action-packed weekend in Dallas, Texas.
After hours upon hours of trash-talking filled, improbable, and downright intense moments, the dust eventually settled with and compLexity the remaining two as they clashed heads for the $5,000 prize.
A surprise contender in eMazing Gaming emerged and took fourth place after many good results against the top teams. Gravitas Gaming US came from the lower bracket and put up a fight as well, with Shaun 'hostile' Catron trying his best to intimidate his opponents with the usual insults and bashing.
GG eventually lost to coL in the lower bracket final. Jason Lake’s team, fresh off a win at the WCG Event last weekend, pushed EG to the limits in the grand finals but eventually fell short.
Here are the final results:

2) compLexity - $2,750
3) Gravitas Gaming US- $1,500
4) eMazing Gaming - $1,000
5) Back2Back - $600
6) Blight Gaming - $600
