The first groups already finished this afternoon while groups C and D have now also been played out.

Group C

The favorites were quite much set with Team ALTERNATE and TitaNs and no big surprises happened here except for the last match. Alternate faced TitaNs on de_inferno which could have been the first upset of the event. TitaNs started out with a great first half leading up with 9-6 giving Alternate a hard time. Also they won the pistol round of the second half making it an intense match for both teams. Still Alternate managed to beat them in the end after great play by Roman 'Roman R.' Reinhardt throughout the whole match.

Group D

Group D was a pretty even group looking at the names and performances in the past with a small favorite role for DTS . The Ukrainians did not seem to have too much problems in their matches as they finish top of their group with three wins out of three matches. On the other side people probably expected more from the Frag eXecutors which actually played well but did not get their rounds when needed. After being crushed by eSport-eu they also lost to DTS and only won against a Counter-Strike: Source team which happened to replace XIX.
