Vitriolic Gaming has just confirmed two new additions to the team, one of which is experienced Norwegian Sondre "REAL" Svanevik.

As we reported last week, the Norwegian Counter-Strike 1.6 team Alchemists joined the British organizaion Vitriolic Gaming in order to have more time to practice and attend events.

It was announced today that Thomas "Azid" Heltne and Gunnar "zEn" Eng, who helped the team to win Dreamhack Oslo have decided to leave the team. Meanwhile, the former oxzyn's player Michael "mikkis" Sokki and the Norwegian legend Sondre "REAL" Svanevik, who helped cbteam to place 4th after losing to e-STRO at WCG 2008 Grand Final, just announced their arrival into the team.

With REAL and mikkis stepping in, Vitriolic Gaming 's roster now looks as follows:

When they announced their composition a week ago, the arrival of REAL and another strong player was predictable and was a matter of time !
It is a very good staff, which has the most challenging task !

We have many great players, but they have realized that there is no future in gaming in Norway. There are no sponsors, everybody is accusing oneanother for cheating, no one want's to put any money in to their hobby etc, and therefor it is no future in gaming, well... atleast Counter-Strike ;) I think many countries has the same problem!

Oops was a sick player.
I see him idling on IRC when I go on every now and then, makes me nostalgic.
My guess is he's playing CS for fun now and focusing on life and studies.
