None of the teams could get three wins in the Group Stage at this tournament. K23 from Kazakstan beat KerchNET with 17:13 on de_dust2 to confirm their first win, but losing to tp.uSports with 21:09 on de_train was something that no one had expected. However, K23 showed their strong performance on de_dust2 again against the Russian team Spb.islanders, securing the second place in Group A.

The Ukrainian team KerchNET did not give up after losing their first match against K23, coming up with two victories to place first in Group A.

DTS.Chatrix from Group B finished off A-gaming and Virtus.pro without too much trouble, but tied with forZe on de_dust2, advancing to playoffs with 7 points from Group B.

Both Virtus.pro and A-gaming in Group B got 4 points with a 1-1-1, but the Russian team Virtus.pro had a more round difference which accounted to -6 compared to A-gaming(-10) resulting in Virtus.pro becoming the only home team out of four to advanced to playoffs.
