After Edawgs 's surprise victory last week, one of the favourites is already out of contention. Ensidia unexpectedly fell at the final hurdle in an epic RMP mirror series, sending eDawgs to the final.

Despite a large technical hiccup on the part of Blizzard (shutting the servers down mid-tournament), the first week was a great success. With even more well known names in action this week, the tournament can only get better.

IEM's third place team, against All authority Rat, look like the safest bet on paper, but last week proved just how unimportant past form can be in WoW tournaments. x6tence will be looking to bring themselves back into the limelight while the likes of Sickology and Rest in Many Pieces will hope they can sneak in the back door and surprise the rest.
