10:30pm - FINALLY over!

Finally WC3l is done for today, with the match going late into the night, past the final closing time of the theme park. Team EG are out, after a 3-1 victory for Mousesports. Mousesports will face WICKED in the Grand FInal tomorrow at 2pm after the Player Awards at 12:30am

Fresh photos from Day two of the WC3L. Mousesports vs Team EG is still going on and its already about 9pm, looks like it will finish around 10pm at night. Its not too bad since the player awards are penciled in for 12:30am tomorrow with the finals at 2pm. Someone had a pet squirrel here, took some snaps!

19:00 - WICKED through to Winner Bracket FInal

WICKED defeat Mousesports in the 2v2 to progress to the Winner Bracket. Mousesports will now play Team EG, as ESL have decided to postpone the player awards until tomorrow due to delays earlier in the day.

17:20 - New Gallery pictures online

Not much you did not see yesterday, but I found something worthy of a shot or two, enjoy. Atm the 2 versus 2 between Mouz and WICKED is delayed due to issues with drivers and teamspeak issues. The player awards were supposed to be at 6pm, but it looks like that will be pushed back or held tomorrow morning.

16:30pm Lucifron interview online

Finally managed to get it frontpage! Enjoy, Shy interview also done just need to upload when the internet is stable again.

16:27pm - Mouz vs WICKED still not over

Massive delays cause another game to go past its time limit, but the games are going smoothly now without any further hiccups. The internet here is SHOCKING, which is the reason for my slow updates, it took me 20 minutes to upload just three photos.

13:40pm - Delays for Mouz vs WICKED

Unfortunately more delays as FOCus and Shy have issues with their teamspeak server, given the fact no 2v2 has been played yet it is not setup perfectly. Elsewhere problems with TH000's machine. The players are making the best of the opportunity sitting around on the stage.

13:00pm - nGize out

THe 1st place finishers in the online stage are the first team to exit the tournament. After suffering a 4-0 defeat to Mousesports, they now lost 3-0 to Team EG. Lucifron had managed to tie level with Grubby when nGize were 2-0 down but Check lost his match to Happy, making it 3-0 for Team EG. The third game between the two Orcs was not played.

10:40am WC3L Prize money - 5,000 euros total

It seems it is true the total prize money is 5,000 euros, which is really poor compared to the fact last season when the prize pot was split evenly, each team got 5,000 euros. FIrst place here only earns 2,000 euros, with the other three receiving 1,000 euros.

10:28am - Check viruses kill off PC

The WC3L was supposed to begin at 9am, I deliberately arrived a little later assuming there would be some delays. Unfortunately Hyeong Ju 'Check' Lee had some issues with mouse drivers, so the ESL admins jumped in to provide him with a new laptop for him to use, but when Check plugged in his USB the Anti-Virus detected lots of Chinese viruses on his USB stick, so it seems he could have caused the problems with the previous PC.

The ESL admins have now fixed up a brand new PC and downloaded the drivers from the internet, so looks like it will start perhaps in the next 10-20 minutes.
