Team Sweden has won NationsCup XII after finishing off Team Finland with 2:1 in Grand Final.Team Sweden reached the Grand Final after a tough victory over the Danes, facing Team Finland which showed their strong performance in Semi-Final.
The first match on de_train went into overtime which ended up with 19:17 in Sweden's favour, but Team Finland managed to take the second match on de_nuke with 16:14. The deciding match took place on de_inferno which Sweden got the last round beating Finland with 16:14 to claim the title.
